We’ve continuously made more than 2x growth and 98% retention rate for the past 5 years and have 140,000 global customers, such as New Balance, Salomon, and Arc’teryx. We opened a NYC office this summer in Soho and are looking for someone who is adventurous to go Zero to One with us.

What You'll Do

You will play a vital role in aligning company value with contributors' needs. You will plan and improve the optimal HR system where contributors voluntarily work and recharge.

Foster a positive and productive work environment in a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR policy compliance.

Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Enhance employee benefits programs, including PTO, medical, other perks

Assist in compensation analysis and market research to ensure competitive salary structures

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from posting job openings to conducting interviews and making offers

Who You Are

Experience at a fast-paced SaaS start-up

2+ years of HR or recruiting experience in SaaS

Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Understand the value of good customer service

Curiosity, customer, data driven

Passionate about learning and improving

Salary

Base Salary: $80,000-120,000
