We’ve continuously made more than 2x growth and 98% retention rate for the past 5 years and have 140,000 global customers, such as New Balance, Salomon, and Arc’teryx. We opened a NYC office this summer in Soho and are looking for someone who is adventurous to go Zero to One with us.

What You'll Do

  • You will play a vital role in aligning company value with contributors' needs. You will plan and improve the optimal HR system where contributors voluntarily work and recharge.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment in a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR policy compliance.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Enhance employee benefits programs, including PTO, medical, other perks
  • Assist in compensation analysis and market research to ensure competitive salary structures
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from posting job openings to conducting interviews and making offers
  • Who You Are

  • Experience at a fast-paced SaaS start-up
  • 2+ years of HR or recruiting experience in SaaS
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Understand the value of good customer service
  • Curiosity, customer, data driven
  • Passionate about learning and improving
  • Salary

  • Base Salary: $80,000-120,000
