<li><b>Enterprise Account Development (US):</b> Build relationships with key decision-makers at target enterprise accounts and execute sales and partnership strategies for initial market entry.</li><li><b>Designing Global Business Scalability:</b> Analyze success stories from Korea and Japan to adapt them for the US market, establishing the foundation for sustainable business operations.</li><li><b>Complex Solution Design (ChannelTalk &amp; Ads):</b> Propose tailored strategies to maximize product utility according to client needs. Design comprehensive business funnels that bridge the gap from new user acquisition to retention by integrating ad solutions.</li><li><b>Bridging Product &amp; Business:</b> Translate client requirements into technical specifications for internal Dev/Product teams, ensuring local market feedback is reflected in the product roadmap.</li><li><b>End-to-End Account Management:</b> Take full ownership of the customer success lifecycle—including contract management, renewals, and technical support—to maximize satisfaction for enterprise clients.</li>

<li><b>IT Product/Service Expertise:</b> 3+ years of experience in IT Service Product Management or tech-based Business Development.</li><li><b>Market Pioneering Skills:</b> Proven ability to simplify and define complex business problems, find Product-Market Fit (PMF) from zero-base, and successfully scale up.</li><li><b>Exceptional Business Communication:</b> A 'hub' personality who can drive rational consensus among diverse stakeholders (developers, decision-makers, partners) and translate technical jargon into easy-to-understand business value.</li><li><b>Data-Driven Mindset:</b> Strong proficiency in funnel management and data analysis, with a track record of iterating strategies and proving results through numbers.</li><li><b>Technical Literacy:</b> A solid understanding of basic technical structures (APIs, Databases, etc.) to engage in meaningful discussions regarding implementation with the engineering team.</li><li><b>Ownership &amp; Focus:</b> A tenacious problem-solver with a strong sense of initiative and the insight to focus on the essence to find the best solutions.</li>
