Manager calls use the account connected in personal settings. Other calls use the channel connection. If your personal connection is missing, connect it first. Notion account permissions determine which documents can be read or changed.
Is body search available on every account?
Availability varies. This app cannot perform body keyword search when Notion requires AI search for the account. It never switches to semantic search. You can still fetch a document by its URL or ID.
Does the app store document bodies?
The app does not store document bodies or search results in a separate database or search index. Content passed to an AI conversation follows Channel Talk's existing retention policy.
