Qoo10 inquiry routes [Support]

  • 商品 Q&A (ITEM) [Supported]

  • Qpost [Partially supported: inquiries returned as MSG by GetInquiryMessage]

  • ヘルプ [Not supported]

  • レビュー / 報告 [Not supported]

Supported ITEM and MSG inquiries appear in Channel Talk, and agent replies are sent to Qoo10.

See the context needed to respond. Messages with the same INQ_TYPE + QUESTION_NO continue in one UserChat. You can see the inquiry status (S1, S2, S3), title, time, product information, and order number.

Look up and cancel orders. ALF tasks can look up an order by its Qoo10 order number and cancel the entire order with a specified cancellation reason. There is no button for agents to cancel orders directly in the UserChat screen.

Reduce repetitive work with ALF. Configure tasks to use the order number and details in the inquiry to look up or cancel an order and give the result in a single reply. Flows that ask follow-up questions and wait for the customer’s response are not supported.

Recommended for

Recommended for Qoo10 seller teams that want to bring ITEM and MSG seller inquiries into UserChat and respond with product, order, and status context. It is not intended for teams that need every Qpost, ヘルプ, and レビュー / 報告 route integrated.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which Qoo10 customer inquiry routes are integrated?

The app integrates ITEM (商品 Q&A) and inquiries returned by GetInquiryMessage with INQ_TYPE=MSG. A complete one-to-one mapping between all Qpost messages and MSG is unverified. Qoo10 customer service inquiries under ヘルプ and レビュー / 報告 are not integrated.

How does the same inquiry continue, and what context is shown?

Follow-up messages with the same INQ_TYPE + QUESTION_NO continue in one UserChat. The inquiry type and number, status, title, inquiry time, product information, and an order number linked by Qoo10 appear as metadata and an internal message.

Which date range and statuses are imported, and can completed inquiries receive replies?

The app imports S1, S2, and S3 inquiries from the configured most recent 1–30 days. S3 is completed in Qoo10 and cannot receive another reply from Channel Talk.

Are images and messages sent from QSM synchronized?

Replies are text-only and limited to 4,000 characters. Images are not sent or received. Messages initiated by a seller in QSM are not reverse-synchronized to Channel Talk.

What can ALF and the order functions do?

ALF tasks can look up an order by its Qoo10 order number and cancel the entire order with a specified cancellation reason. There is no button for agents to cancel orders directly in the UserChat screen. ALF supports a single reply; flows that ask follow-up questions and wait for the customer’s response are not supported. Partial cancellation, returns, exchanges, and shipping address changes are not supported.

What is required to start the integration?

Prepare a Qoo10 API Key/API ID, QSM ID, and QSM password, then set the inquiry window to the most recent 1–30 days. After connecting, verify with an existing inquiry or the next real ITEM or MSG inquiry in UserChat. See the Qoo10 integration guide (Korean) for details.

Are returns, exchanges, and shipping-address changes supported?

Currently, order-number lookup and full cancellation of eligible orders are supported. Returns, exchanges, and shipping-address changes are not supported.
