The Sabangnet app connects Sabangnet WMS to Channel Talk for order lookup, claim requests, and store board inquiries.

During a conversation, you can check orders and submit cancellation, return, or exchange requests. You can also bring inquiries from connected store boards into Channel Talk and reply there. Replies are sent to the store through Sabangnet.

After installing the app, connect it by registering your Sabangnet admin account and a Google Authenticator export QR image.
