In-chat Form
Let customers fill in a form inside an ALF task. Collect an address or contact details in one step instead of question by question, and use the answers in later steps.
This app helps with
ALF sends a form button in the chat so customers can enter their address, contact details, or order information in one step. Answers are saved to the customer profile for later task steps. Use address change, contact, and order templates, or create a form with up to 10 fields. Japanese postal codes can fill in the address automatically. Address and phone handling currently follow Japanese formats.
Recommended for
Teams serving customers in Japan that want to collect addresses or contact details in ALF tasks and pass the answers to later steps, such as order lookup or address changes.

This app does not require its own API key. Run the form display function in an ALF task, then add a step that waits for submission. Later actions in services such as Shopify require their own integration settings.
Can I change the form fields?
In the Forms tab, you can change a template title, field visibility, labels, and required fields. Custom forms support up to 10 fields.
Are Korean addresses and international phone numbers supported?
Postal code lookup and phone handling currently follow Japanese formats. Addresses and phone numbers for other countries, including Korea, are not supported.
Where are answers saved?
Answers are saved in form_ fields on the customer profile. Depending on the configuration, they can also be saved to customer details such as name, email, or phone. Another form submitted by the same customer can overwrite the existing form_ values.
