Full Cycle Sales Account Executive

Channel Talk is an all-in-one AI-driven customer service platform that helps businesses prioritize increasing LTV through VIP concierge experience. There hasn’t been any innovation in the CS/CX industry for the past 20 years and businesses generally have a low emphasis on customer experience, which means the expectations towards CS agents and representatives are also low. Talking to your customers and having an in-depth understanding of their needs are crucial to the success of businesses, and trust us. This will bring more revenue that actually stays with businesses, not just a one-time cash in.

We opened a NYC office this summer in Soho and are looking for adventurous, passionate, and ambitious sales professionals to join our team as founding members.

What You'll Do

  • Responsible in full sales funnel
  • (Be human with them) Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including social outreach and warm messaging to engage with potential customers, especially fashion and beauty brands
  • Actively listen to and identify potential customers’ needs and wants
  • Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to opportunities through effective strategies
  • Close new accounts and retain and grow customer relationshipsProvide feedback gathered from interactions with perspectives and customers and daily progress report directly to the CEO

  • Sit in your room and only make calls and send 100+ emails every day (You’re not a robot and don’t be a robot)
  • Set up a meeting without knowing what prospects need
  • Who You Are

  • Exceeded quota previously and are confident you’re different than other salespeople in the industry
  • 2-10 years of experience in SaaS sales
  • A book of business in fashion/beauty eCommerce
  • Experience selling into e-commerce/DTC brands with a focus on fashion and beauty
  • Comfort with every step of the sales cycle from cold prospecting through closing
  • Understand the value of good customer service
  • Curiosity, customer, data driven
  • Passionate about learning and improving
  • Salary range

  • Total Compensation: $100,000-200,000
