Business Development Representative

Channel Talk is in Series C and is one of the fastest-growing B2B SaaS startups in Asia. We’ve continuously made more than 2x growth and had a 98%+ retention rate for the past 5 years and have 140,000 global customers, such as New Balance, Salomon, and Arc’teryx. We opened a NYC office this summer in Soho and are looking for someone adventurous, passionate, and ambitious to go Zero to One with us.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and research lists of companies and contacts and their personas
  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold contact, social outreach, and warm messaging to generate new opportunities
  • Engage in high-level conversations with executives and managers about their business issues 
  • Strategize with account executives and directly work with the founder of Channel Talk to win as a team
  • What You Won’t Do

  • Sit in your room, make calls, and send 100+ emails every day all by yourself (You’re not a robot and don’t be a robot)
  • Set up a meeting without knowing what prospects need (Quality over quantity)
  • Given an environment that makes you difficult to move up the ladder (We want to grow with you and see you succeed)
  • Who You Are

  • 1-3 years of experience in SaaS sales
  • Experience selling into e-commerce/DTC brands with a focus on fashion and beauty
  • An enthusiast in fashion/beauty eCommerce
  • Understand the value of good customer service
  • Curiosity, customer, data-driven
  • Desire to hustle and prove oneself
  • ​​Positive "can-do" attitude
  • Salary

  • OTE (On Target Earnings) range: $65,000.00-$100,000.00
