Channel Corporation (hereinafter "Channel"), as an information and communication service provider, complies with the relevant laws and regulations of the Republic of Korea on the collection, use, and sharing of personal information, and actively guarantees the rights of Managers and Customers regarding personal information, including the right to self-determination of personal information.
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter “Policy”) applies to the Channel Talk Service (hereinafter "Services") provided by Channel.
Managers and Customers (collectively, hereinafter "Users"), who are personal information subjects who actually use the Channel's Services, are deemed to have agreed to the Channel's collection, use, and provision of personal information in accordance with the above Privacy Policy by clicking the "Sign Up" button after confirming the contents of this Privacy Policy at the time of registration, or by clicking the "Agree" button in other circumstances.
Channel collects the personal information about Users that is necessary for Users to use the Services. Personal information of the Manager may be collected with the consent of the Manager to provide marketing information. Channel collects and uses the User’s personal information to provide/improve the Services and develop new services.

Channel does not allow children under the age of 14 to register for membership, which requires the consent of a legal representative.

If you don't use the services related to the work the channel is outsourcing to a contractor, your personal information is not provided to the contractor.
In this regard, Channel stipulates the necessary matters and manages and supervises the entrusted companies to safely handle personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
Channel will take the necessary measures required by law, such as amending this Privacy Policy to disclose it, if it is necessary to further entrust the processing of personal information to a third party.
Channel does not provide personal information to other businesses outside of Korea. However, in order to fulfill contracts for the provision of information and communication services and to improve user convenience, Channel entrusts the following personal information processing tasks to overseas companies. The information subject may exercise the right to view, correct, delete, or request suspension of processing of personal information at any time to the Channel. You can exercise these rights through email, chat consultation, etc. of the Channel, and the Channel will act on the relevant request without delay. However, if the personal information is specified as the subject of collection under other laws, you cannot request its deletion.
Channel does its best to prevent the leakage or damage of Manager's personal information by hacking or computer viruses.
Channel backs up data from time to time in preparation for personal information damage, use the latest anti-virus program to prevent Managers' personal information and data from being leaked or damaged, and makes it possible to securely transmit personal information on the network through encrypted communications. In addition, we use the firewall system to control unauthorized access from outside, and we strive to have all possible technical devices to ensure security in the systems.
Channel's staff for processing personal information is limited to personnel, and we provide a separate password renewed regularly, and we emphasize compliance with our Privacy Policy through on-the-go training for personnel.
However, Channel is not responsible for the leakage of personal information due to Manager's negligence. Therefore, we ask that Manager makes every effort to protect your privacy.

Channel is listening to the Users’ opinion regarding privacy and has all procedures and methods in place to handle complaints. Users can file a complaint with Channel's privacy officer and staff, and Channel will respond promptly and sufficiently to the Manager's report.
