<li><b>Define and Shape Ideal Customer Profile (ICP):</b> Explore and define the target verticals, helping shape the future of our customer base.</li><li><b>Lead Targeted Prospecting:</b> Strategically identify prospect lists tailored to our ICP to create a steady pipeline of qualified leads.</li><li><b>Lead Multi-Channel Engagement:</b> Engage with prospects through a mix of phone, email, and LinkedIn. Your goal is to build relationships and pave the way for meaningful conversations.</li><li><b>Value-Driven Selling:</b> Become an expert in understanding our customers' pain points and how Channel Talk provides the ideal solution.</li><li><b>Top-of-Funnel Ownership:</b> Play a pivotal part in fueling our sales engine by driving new business opportunities that directly impact our growth in our expansion.</li><li><b>Build and Lead the Team:</b> As one of the first BDRs, you’ll play a key role in establishing and refining our outbound sales processes. Your insights and execution will help shape the future of our sales team and strategy as we scale.</li>

<li>Recent graduate or someone with 1-2 years of relevant work experience</li><li>Hardworking and coachable self-starter who has the drive to develop and grow</li><li>Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and excited to be part of a high-growth SDR team as we scale</li><li>Understands the value of excellent customer service</li><li>Well-organized with strong time management skills</li>

<li>Experience selling to e-commerce or DTC brands, particularly in fashion and beauty is a plus</li><li>Experience exceeding a sales quota</li><li>Experience in B2B SaaS sales</li><li>Experience at a startup</li><li>Korean language ability (a great plus)</li>

<li>Set up meetings without understanding prospect’s needs (quality over quantity is key)</li><li>Work in an environment that limits your growth (we want to grow with you and help you succeed)</li>

<li>The Account Executive position will manage the full sales cycle from building relationships with key stakeholders to negotiation and contracting</li><li>Define our Ideal Customer Persona (ICP) for the mid-market by proactively setting a hypotheses, taking action, and adjusting as needed</li><li>Lead demos of Channel Talk’s product offering to a variety of stakeholders</li><li>Drive new business acquisition and expanding existing accounts through upsell and cross sell, ensuring high renewal rates</li><li>Understand customer use cases to align them with Channel Talk’s solutions in order to identify new sales opportunities</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to share key customer feedback and insights to improve the overall product and customer experience</li>

<li>1-3 years of experience as an Account Executive or 2+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative at a B2B SaaS company</li><li>Experience owning a book of business, with a focus on upsells, cross-sells, and expansion opportunities is preferred</li><li>A strong sense of intellectual curiosity, you are driven on discovering the “why” behind prospects’ needs and are update to date with industry trends</li><li>Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and excited to be part of a high-growth Sales team as we scale</li><li>Understands the value of excellent customer service</li><li>Well-organized with strong time management skills</li><li>Experience exceeding a sales quota</li>
